Thank you for your interest in showing off your show car at SWFL SpaceCon!

Please be advised that filling out the Special Guest Application Form does not guarantee a guest spot. SWFL SpaceCon and its affiliates reserve the right to decide which special guests will be appearing at SWFL SpaceCon.

Our 2023 SWFL SpaceCon is a 1 day event being held at the German American Social Club in Cape Coral, FL.

Vendor hall hours are 10am-6pm Saturday.

Show Car Parking / Exhibitor Space:

The parking will be outside, uncovered, with no air conditioning.

You may bring a table to set up next to your show for sales or display. Bring your own, table, tent, chairs, ect.

Preapproved Show cars will need to be parked in the designated spaces by 9:45am and will need to remain until at least 5:15pm.

Show Car spots will ONLY be for those that are approved. To apply as a Show Car guest please fill out the form below.

Covid Guidelines:

Face masks are encouraged but not required, subject to change based on local regulations and CDC regulations

Please note that due to compatibility issues, this application form is only available on the desktop site at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please list your full requirements here. Include desired table space,any appearance fees or guarantees, and any other fees or requirements. If travelling from out of town please include location you will be travelling from. Each space comes with 2 badges. If you desire additional badges please include that here as well.

What would you bring to our show? Please include any panels or activities you would like to run or participate it.

Please include 1-3 photos which you have full rights to. By uploading photos you consent to allow SWFL SpaceCon to use photos for any form of show advertisement or announcements. Submitted photos should be watermarked accordingly to give credit to the photographer if needed; photo credit will not be notated otherwise. Please review full photo release information in the Guest Guideline form.
