Please be advised that filling out the Special Guest Application Form does not guarantee a guest spot. SWFL SpaceCon and its affiliates reserve the right to decide which special guests will be appearing at SWFL SpaceCon. All Show Car applicants can expect to receive a response by March 28 with a decision on whether their show car application has been approved or not approved.

Our 2022 SWFL SpaceCon is a 1 day event being held at the Luminary Hotel in Downtown Ft.Myers.

Vendor hall hours are 10:30am-6pm Saturday. 

 Exhibitor tables will be spaced to allow for more room between vendors. Walkway between exhibitor tables will be additionally spaced to reduce crowding in the walkways. Face masks are encouraged but not required, subject to change based on local regulations and CDC regulations

Show Car Parking / Exhibitor Space:

We have a very limited number of spots for show cars this year.

The parking will be outside, uncovered, with no air conditioning.

Preapproved Show cars will need to be parked in the designated spaces by 9:45am and will need to remain until at least 5:30pm. 

Show Car spots will ONLY be for those that are approved. To apply as a Show Car guest please fill out the form below.
