Please be advised that filling out the Panelist, Entertainment & Special Guest Application Form does not guarantee a guest spot. SWFL SpaceCon and its affiliates reserve the right to decide which special guests and performers will be appearing at SWFL SpaceCon.

Our 2023 SWFL SpaceCon is a 1 day event being held at the  German American Social Club in Cape Coral, FL.

Vendor hall hours are 10am-6pm Saturday.

 If you need to cancel your appearance please let us know as soon as possible. 

 

Special Guests & Cosplay Guests requirements

Any performers/ panelist under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by parent/guardian during their performance (Parent/guardian may be in the audience and does not need to be on stage.) 

Preferred Social Media Presence with at least 800 likes or local presence 

Please include a short biography and 1-3 photos which you have full rights to. By uploading photos you consent to allow SWFL SpaceCon to use photos for any form of show advertisement or announcements including but not limited to: social media, website usage, newspress releases, tv commercials, billboard signage, and any other forms of show advertisement or announcements. Submitted photos should be watermarked accordingly to give credit to the photographer if needed; photo credit will not be notated otherwise. Photo credit will NOT be notated on the announcements, advertisements ect, any submitted photo should be watermarked accordingly to give credit to the photographer if credit is needed. Please review full photo release information in the Guest Guideline form.

Performance/panelist guidelines:

SWFL SpaceCon is a family friendly, all ages, inclusive events. 

We prohibit discrimination and harassment of any type. 

Content should be family friendly and pop culture / comic con related.

General Exhibitor Info/Guidelines:

Please notate in the requirements section if you are requesting table space.

We will have plenty of room for outdoor table spaces, although indoor spaces will be limited.

All materials must be original or licensed properly. Bootleg or copied materials may not be sold.

Special Guest spots are non transferable.

Covid Guidelines:

Face masks are encouraged but not required, subject to change based on local regulations and CDC regulations
